BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

The “MASTERMIND TOYS THE LEGO® MOVIE 2™ PRIZE PACK GIVEAWAY” (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mastermind LP (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway begins at 9:00:01 AM (EST) on Feb 8, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on Feb 15, 2019 (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 PM (EST) on Feb 15, 2019, after which time the Giveaway will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to all residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), age 18 and older, excluding all employees of the Sponsor and the prize suppliers (including, without limitation, LEGO® Canada, Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. and their affiliates), and any member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of place of residence) or household. For the purpose of these Giveaway Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, partner, legal or common-law spouse and those with whom the employee is domiciled. You must have a valid Facebook account to participate in the Giveaway. Facebook accounts are available without a fee by visiting www.facebook.com.

2. HOW TO ENTER:No purchase necessary. To enter, visit https://www.facebook.com/MastermindToys (the “Facebook Page”) and follow the onscreen instructions to enter the Giveaway by answering the question in a Facebook comment on the Giveaway post (a “Facebook Comment”). Limit one entry per household/family.

All entries must be submitted between 9:00:01 AM (EST) on Feb 8, 2019, and 11:59:59 PM (EST) on Feb 15, 2019 (the “Mastermind Toys THE LEGO® MOVIE 2™ PRIZE PACK GIVEAWAY Closing Date”) in order to qualify.

Incomplete Facebook Comments, Facebook Comments containing incorrect answers to the trivia question and/or Facebook Comments that contain obscene or offensive content or language or any content or language communicating messages inconsistent with the positive reputation and image with which Sponsor wishes to associate itself (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be void.

3. THE PRIZE:

GRAND PRIZE: There will be three (3) Grand Prize available for the draw consisting of: one (1) LEGO® Emmet and Lucy’s Escape Buggy!, one (1) LEGO® Sweet Mayhem’s Systar Starship!, one (1) Emmet’s Dream House/Rescue Rocket!, one (1) LEGO® Ultrakatty & Warrior Lucy!, one (1) LEGO® Emmet’s Thricycle!, one (1) LEGO® Introducing Queen Watevra Wa’Nabi (the “Prize”) The approximate retail value of the Prize is $334.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for all or any component of the Prize without liability, in the event that the Prize or any component of the Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

Winner of the Prize shall be solely responsible for all expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: any fees or costs associated with the receipt and use of Prize.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender or redemption value.

4. PRIZE ADMINISTRATION:

Odds of winning will be dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

A random draw for the Mastermind Toys THE LEGO® MOVIE 2™ PRIZE PACK GIVEAWAY from all eligible entries received will be conducted at Mastermind Toys Head Office in Scarborough, ON on Feb 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST.

Within forty-eight (48) hours of the Prize draw, the selected entrant will be notified by a Facebook reply posted on their giveaway entry comment on https://www.facebook.com/MastermindToys. This message will instruct the selected entrant to contact the Sponsor regarding the next steps of the prize claim process via a Facebook private message on https://www.facebook.com/MastermindToys. (“Mastermind Toys THE LEGO® MOVIE 2™ PRIZE PACK GIVEAWAY Winner Notification”). Once a private Facebook conversation is established between the selected entrant and the Sponsor, the selected entrant will be asked to send their email address to the Sponsor. After the Sponsor receives the selected entrant’s email address, an email containing a mathematical skill testing question, a request for the selected entrant’s full mailing address and instructions on the next steps to complete the prize claim process will be sent to them via e-mail. In addition there will be a general winner notification post for all giveaway participants to view on https://www.facebook.com/MastermindToys announcing the name of the selected entrant. In order to be eligible to win, the selected entrant must comply with all Giveaway Rules. In the event that the selected entrant does not contact the Sponsor as instructed in the prize winner notification within 7 days or if the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, the Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will randomly draw another entry from the remaining eligible entries.

The Prize will be mailed via Canada Post to the confirmed winner. In the event that the selected entrant does not claim their prize, the Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will randomly draw another entry from the remaining eligible entries.

By accepting the Prize, the Prize winner, and his/her parent or legal guardian, release Sponsor and the prize suppliers (including, without limitation, LEGO® Canada, Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. and their affiliates) and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability in connection with the Giveaway, his/her participation therein and his/her acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof.

5. GENERAL: By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Giveaway Rules and agree that the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding on all entrants.

The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; to be acting in violation of the Giveaway Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, improper or disruptive manner.

6. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Giveaway, the winner of the Prize, and his/her parent or legal guardian on his/her behalf, consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province), without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor or any prize provider with respect to this Giveaway, and waives all rights with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.

7. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate or destroyed entries, and all such entries are void. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, unavailability, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry material or data not satisfying the entry requirements, or that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion contrary to or incompatible with these Giveaway Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these Giveaway Rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

8. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Giveaway or to amend the Giveaway Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, due to any reasons such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway and conduct the selection process from all previously received eligible entries. The Sponsor shall not be held responsible or have any liability for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with or resulting from the Giveaway or the Prize, including but not limited to any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

9. All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

10. The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your first name, last name, mailing address and e-mail address (“Personal Information”) by the Sponsor to administer the Prize if you happen to be selected as the winner. 11. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering this contest, you agree to completely release Facebook from any liability. You understand that you are providing any information related to accepting a prize to the sponsor and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used to administer the Giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor and not Facebook.
