Emerald Waterways – Win a river cruise for 8 days for 2

Prize is valid for entries submitted June 3 – 30, 2019, one entry per person and only one prize available. Prize is an 8 day France river cruise with Emerald Waterways for two people departing April 4 – 11, 2020. Prize does not include flights, Travel Visa, Travel Insurance, items of a personal nature, meals other than indicated on itinerary, telephone calls, or additional nights or upgrades. Any expenses incurred outside of the prize will be the winner’s responsibility. Winner must be a Canadian resident and 18+ years of age with a valid passport and ability to travel. If winner and companion are unable to take the prize at the time specified, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter’s (Emerald Waterways) decision is final. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. In the act that the cruise is not able to depart due to unforeseen circumstances ie: Act of God weather conditions we will review and decide on a new departure date, at Emerald Waterways discretion.
