SUMMER BREAK GIVEAWAY CONTEST (THE “CONTEST”)
No purchase necessary. This contest is managed and sponsored by Educators Financial Group Inc. To enter, complete the online entry form at: https://educatorsfinancialgroup.ca/yes. Limit one (1) entry per Educators Financial Group client.
Contest runs from April 1, 2017 to June 16, 2017.
There will be One (1) grand prize of $2,500 available to be won, draw will occur on June 23, 2017.
Chances of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received. Cash prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable.
Draw will be held in Toronto, Ontario, on June 23, 2017. In order to be entered into the draw, a completed web or email entry form must be received by midnight EST on June 16, 2017. Entries by mail must be postmarked no later than June 16, 2017 and received by midnight EST on June 22, 2017. Educators Financial Group is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.
To be eligible to enter, a person must (1) be a resident of Ontario or British Columbia, (2) have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and (3) not be an employee, representative or agent of, or domiciled with an employee, representative or agent of, Educators Financial Group, its affiliates, marketing and advertising agencies, suppliers or contest judges, and (4) you must be a client of Educators Financial Group.
All decisions of the contest judges are final and binding on all entrants and without appeal.
The selected entrant will be contacted by email. In order to win, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or phone, sign and return a standard liability release and publicity release within 14 days of prize notification, and otherwise comply with the contest rules. If selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within a reasonable time, is not eligible in accordance with these contest rules, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, does not sign and return any requested document within the specified time, or otherwise comply with these contest rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and will not receive the designated prize and another entrant will be selected.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that Educators Financial Group, their affiliates and advertising and promotions agencies, and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, representatives, directors and agents (collectively ‘Releasees’) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any injury or other damage to person or property of any kind or any other liability, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from accessing, downloading or transmitting any material from the contest website or is otherwise related to the contest or prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, relating to this contest or prize.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.
Educators Financial Group reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value and to cancel, suspend or amend the contest without prior notice at any time and for any reason.
All entries become the property of Educators Financial Group. The winner, by entering this contest, consents to the use of their name, city of residence, comments and/or photograph, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Educators Financial Group in connection with this contest.

The Contest and the Contest rules will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario.
