Terms and Conditions

Must be 18 years of age or older and residing in Canada to enter contest
Only participants who follow the entry requirements outlined in the contest post will be entered to win.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

This contest will pick 1 winner.

This contest offers one 28 Black Mini Fridge and 48 cans of 28 Black energy drinks.

The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The contest will run until June 30th 2017, after which the winner will be chosen at random from the list of participants.

The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or if they do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
The winner will provide their contact information to both On the Go and 28 Black in order to ship the product
The prize will be shipped from 28 Black at no cost to the winner
OntheGo Magazine is not responsible for any defects caused by delivery or shipping companies (e.g. delays, strikes, damage or loss) with respect to the delivery of the prize. When the winner, or a roommate, co-inhabitant or neighbors, isn’t able to receive the prize, the winner will pick up the prize later on (e.g. post office, etc.). OntheGo Magazine shall not be held liable if the prize is not collected or received by the winner or collected by an unauthorized person, even when the delivery or shipping company has not left any notification or notice in any form
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
